Chris Cuomo is a very fit athlete and has been sharing his workout routines on his Instagram account.

EMOM

An acronym for “every minute on the minute,” EMOM workouts challenge you to complete an exercise for a certain number of reps in less than 60 seconds. An acronym for “every minute on the minute,” EMOM workouts challenge you to complete an exercise for a certain number of reps in less than 60 seconds.

You set a timer, then on each scheduled minute, perform the exercise(s). You then rest for the remainder of each minute. When the second minute starts you do the exercise(s) again. Chris’ routine involves 3 rounds of 7 workouts for a total of 21 minutes:

Push-ups

Pull-ups

Sit-ups

Air Squats

Hamstring curls

Triceps overhead

Biceps curls

Then he does intervals on an elliptical: 1 minute easy and 2 minutes hard

He mentions that he tries to get his heart rate between130 to 170.

Food Tips: Chris Cuomo just eats less. For instance, when he takes a sandwich, he cuts it in half and sometimes gives the other half to a hungry person.

His moto: Move more, rest well and eat less.
