While competing as a Division I tennis athlete at THE Ohio State University I came to admire the focus, planning and discipline of the legendary football coach Woody Hayes.
And after being diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder I turned to painting to assuage the rigors of living with OCD.
So, this video is a tribute to the blend of those elements and admires how the focus and strategy required in sports translates to mental health and well-being in life.
