The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame announced their class of 2022 inductees which included former greats in both the men's and women's game and legendary coaches on the sideline. Up for induction this year is one of SportsEdTV's own basketball coaches, Tim Hardaway Sr.

Whether you know Tim Hardaway from his legendary crossovers across five orginazations in the NBA, from his days at UTEP, or possibly through his son, Tim Hardaway Jr, Hardaway established his presence as one of the top point guards in the game during his time on the floor.

Hardaway'scrossover was originally developed and tagged by analysts while he was in college at the University Of Texas-El Paso. There, the world knew this move as the UTEP-Two Step, but this move eventually matured, just like Hardaway's game. By the time Hardaway had made a name in the league, his moves did too, and in turn, the Killer Crossover was born.

Hardaway was a five-time NBA all-star and All-NBA selection, while also winning a gold medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics held in Sydney, Australia.

Prior to Hardaway's nomination to the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame, his number was retired with both the UTEP Miners and the Miami Heat.
