Award-winning PGA Professional Terry O'Hara is the Director of Golf at the Resort at Longboat Key Club.

In 2007 Terry was honored as Callaway's 'Pro of the Year'.

Terry has over thirty years’ experience coaching and helping players maximize their game. Born in Massachusetts and based in Florida, he has worked with top tour professionals. They include Brittany Altomare, who he coached as a top junior and now has a successful career on the LPGA tour.

He was recognized by Golf Digest as leading one of the Top 5 Junior Golf Programs in the country. "As an instructor, players’ understanding of the essential elements of the swing makes all the difference" says Terry "convey a concept, a key drill, a sensation and a player is on their way to substantial improvement."
