Susan is the Vice President of Operations & Programs for LA Tennis, Inc., where she manages tennis facilities for homeowners associations, hotels, and city parks in Los Angeles. She also serves as the Program Director for Aceing Autism, where she focuses on adaptive tennis programs that make the sport accessible for individuals with autism.

In addition to her role at Aceing Autism, Susan is a Wheelchair Tennis Certified coach. She works with professional wheelchair player Laura Goodkind and coaches athletes with disabilities, including a Special Olympic athlete. Susan's coaching repertoire also includes working with WTA player Veronika Miroshnichenko, showcasing her expertise across various levels of the sport.

Her innovative and inclusive approach to tennis education earned her national recognition from the Positive Coaching Alliance, where she became the first tennis coach to receive the National Double-Goal Coach Award in 2021.

Susan’s dedication to youth development and positive coaching earned her recognition from the Positive Coaching Alliance, where she was featured at the 2021 National Youth Coaching Awards. She made history as the first tennis coach to receive the prestigious National Double-Goal Coach Award, an honor celebrating her focus on winning and teaching life lessons through sports.
