Sidney Shindle is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and former national-level artistic swimming coach.
She runs a private practice in New Westminster, Canada. She is also a lead faculty member at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and co-founder of Fiore Health, a continuing education platform for health and wellness practitioners and Veritas Wellness.
With a decade of coaching experience in the sports realm, she applies similar approaches to her corporate wellness seminars and her client work.
She believes that by providing the right knowledge and tools, individuals can develop and sustain their foundation of good health.
