Sébastien Lavoie is an analytical influencer, strategic thinker, communicator and activator. Happy father, he lives in Montreal, Canada and holds a Master's degree in Economics from University Laval. He lived in various cities across Canada to build up his expertise in data science, economics and financial markets. He is the Chief Economist of a major financial institution in Canada and he enjoys discussing about economic and social topics in various media in both French and English. Sébastien picked up tennis late as a junior at 14 years old. He is also a competitive 5.0 lefty tennis player with a one-hand backhand. He is currently trained by former professional WTA player Aleksandra Wozniak. He particularly enjoys analyzing tennis data in many ways: finding trends relative to big picture changes in the game, looking at historical data available for specific tournaments and examining specific behavioral patterns about players’ tactics on the court.
