Rett Larson,

Rett Larson is the current strength coach for the German Women's Volleyball Team.

He previously spent seven years in China, first as Project Manager for EXOS-China working with several of the Chinese Olympic teams in their preparation for the 2012 London Games, and later with the Chinese National Women's Volleyball Team, which won both the World Cup and the 2016 Olympics.

Following the Gold Medal victory in Rio, Rett worked for two years as the strength coach for The Netherlands Women's Volleyball Team before leaving to join Team Germany.

He is an internationally respected voice in strength and conditioning. He has coached several decorated athletes, including Al Joyner, Dennis Rodman, Jill Craybas, Daryle Ward, and Courtney Shealy. The NBA's Indiana Pacers retained Rett to train Jermain O'Neal, league All-Star for the Goodwill Games.

Rett Larson was graduated from The College of William and Mary and earned a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

He is widely published and often invited to make presentations at peer association conferences.
