Pat Marques,

Pat Marques is a U.S. Army Special Forces veteran and a recognized expert in brain-based performance training. During his 20-year military career, he trained U.S. and foreign soldiers and completed multiple operational deployments around the world, including combat missions in Iraq.

Following his distinguished service, Pat transitioned his focus to helping others reach peak performance through neuroscience-driven training. For more than 14 years, he has worked with clients ranging from severely injured soldiers recovering function to Olympic and professional athletes seeking to refine every element of their performance.

Pat is a Z-Health Master Trainer and Instructor, with over 600 hours of neurological education dedicated to movement, pain, and performance. He is also an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the U.S. Sports Academy.
