Matteo Masucci,

Matteo Masucci is a former professional soccer player and coach from Italy.

By the age of 14, Matteo was playing for the youth team of Reggina Calcio in Series A. He began his coaching career very young with professional clubs in Italy including Foggia Calcio, Cisco Roma, and Juventus Academy.

Matteo earned his Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Exercise Science and then attended the University of Roma where he received his Master's Degree in Kinesiology. He had the opportunity to work for the Medicine of Sport at the School of Sports in Roma. ​

After his coaching experiences and licensing from the Union of European Football Association, B and A, he chose to expand his career to North America becoming Head Coach, Technical Director, and Senior Management Consultant for soccer organizations. He is also a certified FIFA Grassroots coach, FIFA 11+ Instructor, and Canadian National B license holder.

Matteo is obtaining his Ph.D. in Neuroscience at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. His research on cognitive training is a unique experience designed for elite athletes' development. ​

Matteo is currently directing the Juventus Academy of Los Angeles, the Juventus Academy of Toronto, and the Fitlight Research Lab.

He is the Founder of Vitruvian Sport Systems, a Canadian technology company building CAMPO AI platform for soccer organizations.
