Lisa Seacat DeLuca is the Founder of Players.Cards, an AI-powered sports technology platform designed to help athletes showcase their evolving athletic journey, build their personal brand, and create new connections with coaches, teams, recruiters, and fans.

A technology executive, inventor, entrepreneur, and author, Lisa spent 16 years at IBM, where she became the company’s most prolific female inventor and served as a Distinguished Engineer and Director of Product Management. Her work has spanned artificial intelligence, cloud computing, mobile technology, IoT, blockchain, Web3, digital identity, and other emerging technologies. She has filed more than 1,000 patents globally, with more than 680 granted.

Lisa has been inducted into the Women in Technology International Hall of Fame, recognized as an MIT 35 Under 35 innovator, featured multiple times as a LinkedIn Top Voice in Technology, and named by Entrepreneur among 49 female entrepreneurs reshaping the business world. She is also a TED speaker and the author of two children’s books focused on technology and innovation.
