Justin Romero,
Senior Coach

Justin Romero is the Executive Director of Pickleball at the USOP National Pickleball Center in Naples, Florida, one of the premier pickleball facilities in the United States. In this leadership role, he oversees all aspects of operations, including membership services, instructional programming, clinics, leagues, tournaments, and Pro Shop management. He is instrumental in shaping one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing pickleball communities in the country.

Justin brings more than a decade of high-level racquet sports leadership experience to Naples. Prior to joining the USOP National Pickleball Center, he spent 13 years as Director of Racquet Sports at the prestigious Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida, where he built and managed comprehensive tennis and pickleball programming while mentoring players across all levels.

Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Justin is both RSPA and IPTPA certified and holds the distinction of RSPA Elite Professional. In 2024, he was honored as the RSPA Regional Pro of the Year, recognizing his excellence in coaching, leadership, and player development.

A nationally ranked collegiate tennis player, Justin was part of NCAA Conference and Regional Championship teams and contributed to a National Elite 8 finish. In pickleball, he competes as a world-ranked touring professional, blending competitive experience with technical precision and strategic insight in his coaching approach.

Now based in Naples, Justin continues to advance the sport through elite instruction, high-performance programming, and community engagement, helping players maximize their potential while elevating the standards of modern pickleball development.
