Joe McAuliffe,

Internationally acclaimed professional trainer, Joe McAuliffe has been training education and motivating athletes for 24 years, Joe has been helping Shore Conference student-athletes, among scores of others, not only perform better on the playing field but also significantly reduce injury risk during competition and/ or practice.

He is the Head Strength Coach at Red Bank Catholic High School and President at JMPowerU in Eatontown New Jersey. McAuliffe’s proven program has helped hundreds of high school students from many different schools in the Shore Conference develop the requisite athletic excellence and stamina needed to gain entrance into the colleges of their respective top choices.

His expertise has assisted more than 300 D1 players to earn athletic scholarships. His program focuses on natural athletic development achieved through a combination of both immediately useful education and rigorous training in Power, Agility, Strength, Speed, Flexibility Restoration, and Nutrition.

Currently, five of Joe’s alumni are playing in the NFL, two of whom went in the first round of the 2009 NFL draft. He has also helped hundreds of female athletes stay healthy while performing at the highest level. He is a world record holder on the squat and bench press, winning nine USA National Championships and four World Championships.

An established authority, Joe McAuliffe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from California State University, as well as a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Montclair State University. Since 1990, he has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and most recently was awarded the distinction of Emeritus for more than 20 years of certified training of student athletes.
