Cody Kessel is a professional volleyball player for the USA Men’s National Team currently living in Germany and competing for the reigning Volleyball Bundesliga Champions, the Berlin Recycling Volleys. The Volleys also compete in the CEV Champions League made up of the best teams from all across Europe.

Originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado, Cody has been swept up in the Olympic movement since he was small. His father, John Kessel, worked for USA Volleyball in numerous and varied roles for over 35 years.

Like his father, Cody is passionate about volleyball and hopes to pass on the lessons he has learned from his rich global volleyball experiences.

Cody’s new book: 11 Ways to Get an Edge, imparts lessons about the mental game, training, confidence, energy, technique, and other topics.
