Claudio Adolfssen,
Coach

Born in Los Angeles, Chile. Claudio started playing for his country at a very young age under his coach Robinson Gamonal, former 400 ATP player and director at GT Academy. He was ranked #13 U18 in Chile.

Claudio earned a scholarship at Belhaven University, a former T8 in Tennis in the NAIA division. He graduated in 2017 with a Business administration degree and a minor in Marketing.

Claudio has been coaching since 2015 with a vast experience in high-performance adults and juniors.

He is a PTR Professional rated, USPTA & Safe Play certified

Claudio is a professional coach with the ability to teach, develop and clean each player's technique. Claudio has had a successful career as a Director of Tennis at Summit Chase Country Club, Ga. He built the junior program for the club having 30+ junior players that competed in Level 1-4 USTA tournaments and privately coached the lineup of the Brookwood Highschool Tennis team leading them to win the Category AAAAAAA State Championships.

Furthermore, he coordinated the adult program of the country club with 50+ adult players organizing and managing ALTA & USTA teams.

Claudio is a valuable asset to the SportsEd TV team that will bring extensive sports knowledge, leadership skills, and charisma to our program that has the ability to teach in Spanish and English.

2020 - 2022 He worked as a tennis professional at Lotus racquet club in Boca Raton Florida.

Claudio also has experience coaching at the college level. He worked as Assistant coach of GGC (Georgia Gwinnett college) won the 2022 NAIA National Championship (Men’s & Women’s team)

Claudio is currently teaching full-time at “The Bridges” racquet club, in Boca Raton, Fl.
