Chris Brown is a highly respected high-performance advisor and Olympic rugby coach who has led teams to historic achievements on the world stage.

Originally from New Zealand, Chris began his coaching career working with teams across Africa before relocating to the United States in 2014. His impact was immediate. He served as an Olympic coach for Team USA in two separate cycles and helped both squads reach their highest-ever world rankings. Notably, under his leadership, the U.S. Women’s Rugby Team rose from fifth to first in the world within just 12 months, securing consecutive World Series victories for the first time in history.

Following the Tokyo Olympics, Chris expanded his role as a high-performance advisor, working with elite sports teams globally to enhance their competitive edge.

Beyond coaching, Chris is a devoted husband to his wife, Thelma, and a proud father of three daughters and one son.
