World-Class Weightlifting Competitor & Coach, Six-Time Karate World Champion Is Latest SportsEdTV Contributor
SportsEdTV has added the expertise of a six-time karate world champion and a world-class weightlifting competitor Mona Pretorius de Lacey to its ranks of contributing athletes.
"Mona is also the owner of Helping Psychology where she works with athletes to improve their mental performance. She has an honors degree in Sport Psychology and is missioned to produce educated athletes which are in direct sync with our mission," said Robert Mazzucchelli Co-Founder and Chairman, of SportsEdTV.
She is the co-owner and head weightlifting coach of Lift Big Eat Big developing training programs, online courses, and community to help weightlifters reach their genetic ceiling, strength, muscle mass, and technique.’

Pretorius continues as a CrossFit athlete where she was a Commonwealth Games medalist in Weightlifting and a 5-time Worlds competitor.
