A former professional rugby player, Greenaway represented England at various levels and played for esteemed clubs such as Bristol Rugby Club, Exeter Chiefs, and Moseley Rugby Club. His transition from elite competition to coaching and education has been marked by impactful leadership roles, including serving as Director of Sports at Dulwich College, where he significantly expanded sports participation and introduced pioneering physical well-being initiatives.
As the Founder and Director of Phil Greenaway Consultancy Ltd, he provides strategic planning, leadership mentoring, and performance coaching services to sports organizations, educational institutions, and businesses. His work with clients such as Grays of Cambridge, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), and Barclays Bank demonstrates his ability to drive meaningful change in diverse sporting and corporate environments.
