Strength Author, Athlete, and Coach of The Year Named SportsEdTV Senior Contributor
SportsEdTV has added more coaching muscle to its strength and conditioning platform by naming Allen Hedrick as a senior contributor. Hedrick, a prolific author and producer of strength and conditioning instruction and was head coach at the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
“During his career, Hedrick has worked with athletes at the professional and Olympic level, including athletes who have medaled in the Olympic games, namely speed skater Bonnie Blain and Greco-Roman wrestler Matt Ghaffari,” said Robert Mazzucchelli, Co-Founder, and Chairman of SportsEdTV.
Hedrick has been published over 100 times in a variety of publications on a variety of topics related to strength and conditioning and has published a book on strength and conditioning for football along with numerous DVDs on a variety of topics related to strength and conditioning.
“ Respect for Allen's talent was celebrated when industry peers elected him Coach of The Year of the National Strength and Conditioning Association," added Victor Bergonzoli, CEO of SportsEdTV.
As a competitor, Allen Hedrick made the weightlifting podium during the National Weightlifting Championships in 2009.
