SportsEdTV Joins Marketing Effort for Wilson Basketball

Miami, Florida Sep 29, 2021 - SportsEdTV today announces an agreement with Wilson Sporting Goods Co.to support the marketing of Wilson’s new line of basketballs.  The deal includes the use of Wilson basketballs in SportsEdTV video instruction content, ads on SportsEdTV’s website, and clickable ads on basketball videos featured on the website. SportsEdTV will also use its considerable global network of coaches and players to help Wilson grow its global basketball community through camps, leagues, and basketball programs.

“The relationship we have created with Wilson will leverage our assets — digital and non-digital — to help Wilson grow its basketball penetration,” said Co-Founder & Chairman, Robert Mazzucchelli. He added, “We will help them leverage the renewed brand awareness and visibility created by their new NBA deal and use our platform to turn that attention into sales.”

The partnership between SportsEdTV and Wilson Basketball will run through the 2021-2022 basketball season. SportsEdTV will feature Wilson basketball advertising in a variety of formats on their website, will utilize clickable ad overlay technology to allow consumers to click ads while watching SportsEdTV videos, and will activate its worldwide network of contributors, led by former Miami Heat player and SportsEdTV Executive Director of Basketball Mark Strickland, to garner increased support for the brand.
