This is the Triangle Diagonal Movement Tennis Drill, presented by SportsEdTV, powered by FITLIGHT® technology.
The purpose of this drill is to work on the diagonal movement. Players will face lights and focus on stepping into the court diagonally. This drill is suited for all levels. You can advance this drill by increasing reps or number of lights and light placement on the court.

are as follows the player must be off their heel on ready position, focus on split step to deactivate light one, and simulate hitting inside the baseline or diagonal movement. The player should continue to engage the quad and make sure that you stay low and focus on your Speed
To set up this drill, you will need to use three FITLIGHT® lights. When the main light is deactivated by a split step, one of the two in front will activate, the player must deactivate light 2 or 3 and repeat until the exercise is completed.
This drill is perfect for the individual player and the easily programmable technology makes it simple to have a great session. Using these lights will help you train your brain and body the right way.
