IMPROVE YOUR DOUBLE BODY KICK. Diana Sicot, 4 times Open Tourney Gold Medalist and 2 times Pan-Am Bronze Medalist, demonstrates how to perform a double roundhouse kick or jumping double roundhouse kick (in Korean, narae chagi, narae means wing in Korean). This kick utilizes a left and right roundhouse kick (or vice versa) consecutively while in the air. The idea is to perform a Roundhouse Kick with the back leg,

then before that foot has returned to the ground, the front leg is brought up to perform another Roundhouse Kick. It is an effective kick for sparring and scoring points. However, because it has generally a weaker striking power and requires greater flexibility, a double roundhouse kick is usually less useful for self-defense situations.
