8th Degree Black Belt Martial Artist Is Named SportsEdTV Senior Contributor
Miami, Florida Mar 15, 2021 - SportsEdTV has added 8th-degree black belt Moo Duk Kwan martial artist to its premiere list of international contributors providing instructional expertise to the FREE online sports learning platform.
“Philip is the developer of Purpose Creativity Action (PCA) instruction models and his international leadership in martial arts is well known and we are proud to have him accompany our outstanding list of expert contributors,” said Robert Mazzucchelli Founder of and Chairman of SportsEdTV.
He also initiated the first World Youth Leadership program for the development of future leaders in the art and spearheaded the Moo Do Professional program for studio owners and instructors.

Bartolacci also spearheaded the Moo Duk Kwan Professional program for studio owners and instructors. He was appointed Chairman of the US Technical Advisory Committee and US Representative to World Moo Duk Kwan in 2007.
