Miami, Florida Apr 8, 2021 SportsEdTV has expanded its instructional expertise to include a facility management authority to its FREE online sports instruction platform by adding award-winning tennis management professional Robert Gomez to its roster of contributors.

“Robert Gomez is Professional Tennis Operations Supervisor for the City of Coral Gables, Florida, where 90,000 hours of tennis are played on courts he oversees, requiring a skill set we’re excited to have him share with the managers of sports facilities in our audiences,” said Robert Mazzucchelli Founder and Chairman, SportsEdTV.

Gomez was awarded the 2020 Miami USPTA Professional of the Year; the 2016 Facility Manager of the Year USPTA Florida; awarded the 2014 Touring Professional of the Year by USPTA Florida; awarded the 2013 Tennis Professional of the Year by USPTA Miami; awarded 2008 USTA/Florida Junior Development Coach of the Year.

“Robert’s expertise is evidenced by his service as district vice president for USPTA/Miami, on the Junior Competition Committee for USTA/Florida 2007-2017 and on the Junior orange Bowl Committee,” added Victor Bergonzoli CEO SportsEdTV.

During the Gomez tenure, the City of Coral Gables Parks & Recreation Department was awarded the “USTA/Florida Organization of the Year” award; four ladies teams in two different levels have won their regional championships and represented the city at the State Championships and the junior pathway division has been recognized as one of the best in the state as evident by two USTA Multi-Cultural Diversity
