Your dribble movements will be used for either misdirection movements against your defender or simply just to get by them, but the most important thing you want to do after making these dribble movements is to change your pace. After making your dribble movements be sure to explode at your maximum speed to get your defender off balance. This will give you the advantage over them and their movements and keep them off balance from guarding you. Remember begin your dribble moves at a moderate pace, then kick your speed into high gear and go as fast as possible to get by the defender.
