playing defense on your high side. Post up with your shoulders square to your teammate. As the ball is thrown to you, take the foot that is closest to the baseline and drop it towards the basket. This leg will be used to shield off your defender. As you catch the ball, bring the other foot towards the basket and shoot the ball with your free hand. Drop Step Middle - You will be doing this movement when the defender is playing on your low side. Post up with your shoulders square to your teammate. As the ball is thrown to you take the foot that is farthest away from the baseline and drop it towards the basket. This leg will be used to shield off your defender. As you catch the ball, bring the other foot towards the basket and shoot the ball with your free hand. Baseline Dribble Reverse - You will use this movement to bait your defender up to get them going toward the baseline and then use your drop step movement toward the middle of the basket to get a shot with your free hand. Middle Dribble Reverse - You will use this movement to bait your defender to get them going toward the middle and then use your drop step movement toward the baseline to get a shot with your free hand. Up and Under Middle - When you catch the ball you will take 1 - 2 dribbles towards the middle going into a middle drop step. The defender steps up to block your shot and you will counter this action by faking the shot up by showing them the ball, when the defender jumps to block it, you will then step through under them towards the baseline to finish your shot with your free hand. Up and Under Baseline - When you catch the ball you will take 1 - 2 dribbles towards the baseline going into a baseline drop step. The defender steps up to block your shot and you will counter this action by faking the shot up by showing them the ball, when the defender jumps to block it, you will then step through under them towards the middle to finish your shot with your free hand.
Jump Hook Middle - When you catch the ball you will take 1 - 2 dribbles towards the middle going into a middle drop step but shooting a jump hook shoot with your outside hand.
Jump Hook Baseline - When you catch the ball you will take 1 - 2 dribbles towards the baseline going into a baseline drop step but shooting a jump hook shoot with your outside hand.
Turn Around Jumper Middle - When you catch the ball you will take 1 - 2 dribbles towards the middle going into a middle drop step but shooting a jump shot.
