FAQ

To move effectively on the tennis court, you must master the following: explosive forward/back steps, lateral steps, crossover steps and shuffle steps

Footwork is very important. When you move efficiently to the ball, it gives you the time to create the space you need to dictate the direction, pace and shape of your shots.

Using little hop steps - called ‘splits steps’ - in between shots, will keep you light on your feet and ready to move in any direction to any ball during a point.

Footwork in tennis is the process of getting your feet in the right position to strike the ball.
