Tiffany Tracy is one of our founders and head trainer. She has more than fifteen years of fitness experience with a specialization in golf-specific fitness training. She uses tools from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) when designing fitness programs and nutrition coaching for golfers. She is also a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, as well as a Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Whether you need to lose weight, gain muscle, prevent injury, gain distance, energy, mobility, strength and speed – Tiffany can design a program to support your needs!
We also house 2 hitting bays with simulation to practice your golf swing. Whether you are looking for specific ball and club metrics to break down and improve your swing, or just looking for a good time on a virtual range or course. We have the choice of 2 different technologies to give you the experience you want.
We house the Full Swing radar technology launch monitor and the GC2 camera-based launch monitor. With the E6 and Foresight Sport software packages, we can provide you with a variety of metrics, range and training programs, and virtual courses.
