foot, staying very light on our feet, moving our arms naturally, while keeping our head up waiting for visual cues from the coach. The first cue from the coach will signal them moving forward slowly to the end of the lane, where they will again move while stationery, waiting for the cue to return slowly backwards to their starting position.
