As in progressions 1 and 2, the player uses a speed and agility ladder and begins on either side. The player starts with two quick steps in the ladder then steps on the outside with one foot and holds position for one second before progressing to the next square in the ladder. Keeping the body in rhythm by always pumping arms and staying low to the ground. This, the toughest of these progressions, is to perfect a player's balance when making quick turns off the ball in a game situation. Recommended to work this exercise everyday, on or off the field as part of your ladder circuit for best results.
