come back to the center while continuously chopping your feet. When the coach calls the cone directly in front of you, touch it and close out to the shooter, hit them, turn to box them out, release up to get the basketball by securing it underneath your chin with your elbows out. Then you will pivot towards your teammate to make an outlet pass. After this is completed, come back to the center, start chopping your feet and repeat the process again.
