We all get stuck midcourt in defense. Learning to reset from here is a big priority to growth in your pickleball game. In this video, coach Sarah Ansoboury shows the technical position, weight transfer, paddle position, and follow-through to neutralize your opponent when under attack. Often players are out of position, and their feet become vulnerable. Getting yourself out of trouble and softening the ball will allow you to get ...back in the point. The key is to keep it simple, with minimal paddle movement and absorbing the ball, keep a soft and still upper body, and use weight forward.
