If you’re trying to learn how to play pickleball, this demonstration will show you the fundamentals of how to hit a lob in pickleball. Coach Carrie Lane will show the grip, body and feet positioning, a first step to transfer your body weight, and the arm/paddle position. The offensive lobs can be drilled by adding more hits to your dinking progression before lobbing. Work on disguising the shot and making it a surprise. Drill for consistency in depth and placement over the backhand side on each side of the court.
