Videos Feature Former Miami Heat Teammates Tim Hardaway and Mark Strickland

Miami, August 12, 2019 - SportsEdTV launched its first basketball instruction videos with former NBA players and Miami Heat teammates Tim Hardaway and Mark Strickland, and former WNBA star, Toccara Williams. The basketball video content represents the companies fifth sports library, which also includes tennis, golf, weightlifting, and esports.

“SportsEdTV is helping people become better basketball players, regardless of age, location, financial resources or access to good local coaching,” said SportsEdTV guest coach Tim Hardaway, a five-time NBA All-Star and 2000 Olympic Gold Medalist. He added, “This will be a game-changer for people around the world who can now learn from the best coaches and players in basketball. I learned a lot in my career as a pro and am happy to now share that knowledge with the world through the SportsEdTV platform.”

“It’s great to connect with my good friend and former Heat teammate to bring this instruction to aspiring basketball players around the world,” said Mark Strickland, Director of Basketball for SportsEdTV and 10-year NBA veteran. He added, “Tim was great to play with and was really fun to work with on camera for this new video series. His knowledge of the game and entertaining communication style will make it fun for people to watch and learn. I’m looking forward to featuring more of my former NBA teammates, friends and coaches on SportsEdTV.”

“It was great fun to work with SportsEdTV to teach the game I love,” said Toccara Williams. “Their team is so passionate about getting all the details of the videos right and presenting the information in a compelling and memorable way. The fact that we can offer this type of high-quality content for free is just a bonus,” she added.

With the launch of basketball, SportsEdTV continues to fulfill its mission of bringing FREE world-class sports instruction videos in all sports to people across the globe. Later in 2019, the company will launch soccer and boxing content with leaders in those sports.
